Now I understand why this location has so many bad reviews. I came to this Abercrombie store to exchange an item I purchased online for a different size. I want to emphasize that I specifically checked the app and selected the “In-Store Available” option before coming here.It took me a total of 2 hours of driving and I had to spend money on gas just to get here.
