No one greets you while looking around or asks if you need any assistance. Staff won’t speak to you unless you approach them.
Very small location and surprisingly the only location in a city as large as Baltimore. The store was very nice but the size provided limited options and most items from what it appeared if they had it could be held in the back due to space issues or they acted as a hub for placing online orders in store to be shipped to store/home. It was very clean and the staff was attentive. It’s just too small to enjoy a shopping day. Better to drive to other areas outside Baltimore for better range of items in store.

Always a pleasant experience. The sales associates are always kind, knowledgeable and thorough. The store is neat and tidy, and has a good variety of sizes. Go when it opens so you can avoid traffic in the city.
