Absolutely incompetent. No one knew how to work the computers, and on top of that the little blonde kid decided to lie and say I could get a $20 off promo, which I apparently cannot. I don't shop there for a reason, and that reason was cemented today. Now I see why that store is always dead, no one that works there knows what they're doing. Stop hiring high school kids if that's what it takes.
