I found so many cute clothes at this store! Super nice, clean, and organized.
I was really welcomed. I asked a young man in the fitting room if he could get someone to help me with a pair of jeans and to see if someone possibly a female to help me out. A young tall blond girl came and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans! I needed them the day of and she was really kind and happy to help me out! I received someone’s package to my address (their name but had my apartment address listed) and decided to return it to the store since I work at the mall and it wasn’t too much trouble. Coming into the store, I wasn’t greeted so I couldn’t tell who worked there or was simply a guest. I had such a great experience shopping at Abercrombie & Fitch thanks to Sabina. She is honestly one of the kindest and most helpful employees I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and welcome, not pressured at all. Some tall blonde girl on the register was giving some nasty attitude at the register when me and my cousin were checking out. The other girl on the register helping the lady next to us seemed much nicer than whoever took care of us. We went on 2/10/26 around 4pm.
