The staff at this store are SO incredibly rude. It's like helping the customers is an inconvenience to their day. I worked in retail for years, put a smile on your face and don't give attitude to the people buying things in your store. Be nice or don't work in retail.
Great shopping experience! Khadija was friendly, helpful, and quickly assisted me in finding what I needed. When an item wasn’t available in the store, she helped me order it online. Excellent customer service. I’d definitely shop here again.
Was in on a Saturday afternoon purchasing 3 items totaling over $250. While waiting in line, I checked Abercrombie’s website and found a 20% off coupon that said it was valid both in stores and online and that customers should show it to an associate to receive the discount. When I got to the register, the associate immediately told me it was online only without even looking at it. The clothes are nice but this is the slowest staff of all time
definitely not the best. sometimes out of most sizes on new stuff and the staff there recently has not been friendly. honestly feels more like 3 out of 5 stars
