Was in on a Saturday afternoon purchasing 3 items totaling over $250. While waiting in line, I checked Abercrombie’s website and found a 20% off coupon that said it was valid both in stores and online and that customers should show it to an associate to receive the discount. When I got to the register, the associate immediately told me it was online only without even looking at it. The clothes are nice but this is the slowest staff of all time
definitely not the best. sometimes out of most sizes on new stuff and the staff there recently has not been friendly. honestly feels more like 3 out of 5 stars
Tried to buy a gift but the store worker who is a blonde girl were very rude and condescending. Like chill i just asked if there is a gift wrapping available and she is like there is no such thing with a nasty look on her face.
I found so many cute clothes at this store! Super nice, clean, and organized.
