The girl “Michelle” at the register had the absolute WORST attitude. She would ignore questions, and wouldn’t make eye contact at any point. For absolutely NO reason. We were very happy and friendly until she turned that around really quick with her Super rude and condescending attitude. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It gave my mother and I the absolute worst experience and honestly it was extremely upsetting, specially when I wanted to enjoy a day out shopping with my baby daughter and mother. Very unpleasant staff member at this location. If you’re having a good shopping day, avoid shopping at A&F when Michelle or Rochelle is on shift. I didn’t catch the name clearly because she spoke under her breath and avoided eye contact and simple questions. I had to ask her questions twice and when she’d finally respond it was with an horrible attitude as if I’d interrupted her free time.
