This is my favorite Abercrombie location by far! Every time I go in the staff is eager to help and it seems the most organized in comparison to some of the other locations I’ve visited. The store layout is always top tier.
Very disappointed with the experience. The employees were rude, condescending, and lacked basic professionalism. Instead of being helpful, they made interactions uncomfortable and dismissive. Customer service and respectful communication clearly need improvement.
Fun 10th birthday shopping at Abercrombie at Perimeter Mall. The staff was great. Very fun.
