Staff treated customers with respect.
Please stop using lasership. My package was thrown in the floor of the mailroom and stolen. There are lockers…as you can see from the picture…but the drivers refuse to use them. And rather than refunding this portion of my order you have decided to ignore me. Why are you not using UPS or FedEx? The inventory at your store is crap so the only other option I have is to stop shopping your company.
