I’ve had the lousy customer service & support at A&F Somerset. But they could never get me to stoop to their ignorance. As long as I can rate them in their performance I’ll shop til I drop. Haters makes me stronger ☮️
As a seasoned customer to A&F, I went to the Somerset location in Troy, Michigan at 4:00pm and had an extremely unsettling experience with the manager on duty, Kaitlin. I went to the checkout line with 2 items, one being a pair of mid-rise 90s jeans that were marked down 30%. There were 3 signs that had the markdown for those specific jeans. Asian girl flirted with my husband at the cash register RIGHT INFRONT OF MY FACE!! How disrespectful, and disgusting.
No matter how cute the clothes are, I won’t shop at Abercrombie & Fitch again. Went to the Somerset Mall location to return an online order. The first visit was uneventful, but only one of my two items was refunded. I called customer service, who apologized and told me I had to go back in-store to fix it. The management is absolutely awful. The sales associates are fine, they’re young so I don’t expect them to know most answers, but the managers don’t know anything either. They’re very rude and clearly don’t train their employees very well. The store is dusty and clothing is strangely organized, it’s hard to find certain things. For a high-end mall, I’m very disappointed.
