Don't order anything online if you're unsure it will fit. They will not price match you and forget getting a price match on a different item if they are sold out of the item you're exchanging. Walked into this store and two employees were talking and instead of stopping their conversation to greet me, they both stared at me until I walked by. Then one of the same employees stared at me while I was in the back section looking at their jeans. Was never once greeted or asked if I needed help. Apparently they have a staring problem here. But their customer service is 0/10 so I will just order online.
I’ve had the lousy customer service & support at A&F Somerset. But they could never get me to stoop to their ignorance. As long as I can rate them in their performance I’ll shop til I drop. Haters makes me stronger ☮️
As a seasoned customer to A&F, I went to the Somerset location in Troy, Michigan at 4:00pm and had an extremely unsettling experience with the manager on duty, Kaitlin. I went to the checkout line with 2 items, one being a pair of mid-rise 90s jeans that were marked down 30%. There were 3 signs that had the markdown for those specific jeans.
