"Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up. I reached out to this firm for help with a 2021 state tax return and provided all requested documents two weeks ago. After pointing out errors in my return they had the audacity to attempt billing me for the work created from correcting their mistakes. Since Bernard sold to Haynie the service has gotten worse every year. I have a new contact person every year and each time I come to the office it looks like they’ve lost 20% of their staff from the year before. This place has become a disaster.
Would not trust my RE and other businesses to anybody else. Bernard, Tiffany, and the whole team are the best, and have saved us thousands of dollars!!!
