I would like to give special thanks to Chris my service advisor and a extreme special thanks to the service manager jenny for taking care of my 23 yukon denali when the last service manager turned me away..I highly recommend abeloff gmc..they did a excellent job...keep up the great work...
Staff friendly. Takes care of all of my service needs without excess fees or charges. Happy driving my gmc canyon knowing there work is quality.
I would give five stars however they advertise that if you purchase your vehicle with them that they will give you complementary loaner cars if need be we rescheduled the car to get fixed twice because we asked if they had loaner cars and each time they said they had none available. This was within a month span the third time we finally were like we can’t keep pushing it off anymore so we took the car to get fixed and we were told it’ll probably be a few hours while I was there. This stealership is an absolute joke!!!! Their techs are definitely not qualified at all to do inspections let alone work on people's vehicles!!! Avoid this place at all cost!! And the only reason I gave it one star is because it wouldn't let me leave negative or zero stars!!!!
