My husband and I have been shopping around for vehicles and stopped here and went no further. Michael M. helped us from the moment we entered thru the entire process. Everyone one friendly and helpful. Michael goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. We ended up getting two vehicles before we left there.
I bought the vehicle there. It has been maintained The service department is fantastic. They honored their promise to rotate tires and change oil and the thing I like the best is they don’t try to sell me something I don’t need.
TL:DR - they broke my car while repairing it, and will not cover their mustake. Brought 2018 Chevy Trax in for service. They replaced the crank case cover. Checked their work and the engine bay was sprayed with oil. I couldn't figure out why but oh, well. Drove it less than 100 miles and check engine light returned, car smells awful, and losses power. OBD2 says it is reading the air incorrectly. Checked the engine and the entire oil fill neck was broken off of the case cover. The fill neck threads were sheered at the bottom.... read more
We had car Inspected and was contacted by a salesman about a trade in and to purchase a 2026 car, but never made it back down that day. Came back today and was ignored by that salesman,Josh. Disappointed.
