I've been using this tax service as far back as 1991. I would highly recommend them.
All documentation was given to them for taxes by Feb 27th. Received no communication from them other than “we’re working on it” until April 15th when I HAD TO CALL THEM. Was informed taxes would not be done in time and we’d have to pay penalties then on the 16th our preparer who has had our documents for two months is “out of the office and unreachable”. This is our third year with them and the communication has been non existent every year but the last two they still got things done on time. Seems more like those were the e... read more
Absolute clown show in communication. This company will never touch my taxes again.
