All documentation was given to them for taxes by Feb 27th. Received no communication from them other than “we’re working on it” until April 15th when I HAD TO CALL THEM. Was informed taxes would not be done in time and we’d have to pay penalties then on the 16th our preparer who has had our documents for two months is “out of the office and unreachable”. This company, at their Fenton office, was great. I put in my taxes through their portal, two months ago. Got no response. Called multiple times and was told it was being worked on in their St. Peter’s office. After multiple calls to that office and getting no where, I finally went in to the Fenton office. The ladies in there were super nice and helpful. I told them the situation and they pulled my information and Kelly (SUPER NICE!) did my taxes in 15 minutes for me. I've been using this tax service as far back as 1991. I would highly recommend them.
