I normally don’t leave reviews for people I’ve worked with, but I recently worked with Abe on redesigning his website and, through that process, I got to learn more about his work and approach. Speaking as a fellow hypnotherapist, Abe Murray is the absolute best hypnotist I know. He has been doing this work for many years in all types of situations, and his experience and expertise are beyond measure. Hypnosis comes naturally to Abe, and his heart, compassion, and humor abound. The world is a better place and more colorful with him in it. Abe Murray is the only hypnotist I would recommend in the Albuquerque area.
Working with Abe has helped me transform long held behavioral and emotional patterns at the deepest level. Understanding, patient and kind, working with Abe has been a wonderous journey. Highly recommended!
I have been seeing Abe for a little while for anxiety. But there was a particular issue of fear of riding in the car that I needed to work on. I did not notice at first that I was making too much progress but it was real gradual and now I feel like I have made quite a bit of progress with my anxiety. I'm able to get out more and go further in the car. It's like this subtle thing that you all of a sudden realize that you're not reacting to certain things that you did before. I really really appreciate what Abe did for me.
Abe is a wonderful hypnotist and my life changed for the better after our work together. I highly recommend him.
