Pros: 1. One of the best halal meat in the area. 2. Freshly made middle eastern breads. 3. Descent collection of south asian and middle eastern spices. Good collection of grocery items. Cons: 1. Staffs are unprofessional. Found some of them to be a bit rude. 2. Tag prices for some items are different than the price in the system. 3. Found expired items on the shelf. So please check exp date.
While Abdu is really good for day to day needs, I wouldn’t take my Udhiya to him. I wrote down exactly how I wanted the meat cut, but nothing was respected, and all i got was the whole lamb cut into chunks-nothing distinguishable from the next, with no bag labeled telling me what is what. Sometimes people stand right next to the butchers to ensure everything is cut properly-but what normal customer will do so?? I would avoid for processing your Qurbani meat!
