Justin evicted a tenant of mine in record time. It’s unheard of and I just did not think it was possible to get this tenant out so fast. Only 8 weeks. I don’t know how he did that in Chicago were it’s tough to get tenants out. I am really shocked. Other lawyers in the past have took a year to get my tenants out. He also got me a judgement against the tenant for all the lost rent. It’s the best outcome possible in my case. I am hoping I don’t have to Evict again, but if I do I will be using Justin. Thank You!
