I had the best experience with the ABC Warehouse in Canton yesterday! Leon was absolutely fantastic, he is truly a perfect example of caring about the needs of his customer. Leon did everything he could possibly do to make my life easier and I am grateful! I was able to get the power recliner for my mom to move into assisted living! I highly recommend this store, do yourself a favor and ask for Leon! I truly can’t thank him enough, his extra efforts made a challenging time so much easier!

Customer service was absolutely atrocious! They will lie right in your face and pretend to be busy so they don’t have to deal with customers.
I walked into this store today with the full intent of spending approximately $2,500 on a furniture set I had already picked out. I left empty-handed, not because of the products, but because of the most dismissive and unwelcoming service I have experienced in a long time. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt cold.
