I just wanted to come on here and leave Madian a 5 star review. We had an issue with one of the companies they use delivering our dryer and Madian made sure to deal with it promptly and stayed in communication with us. We will be back to see him in the future for sure. Goldie came out and installed our dryer after we had an issue with the first installer. He was amazing and went above and beyond. We will ask for him the the future as well :)
I had an excellent overall experience buying a fridge from this store, and I never even set foot inside! I found one online and called about availability, and their team was extremely helpful and got me checked out and set up for next day delivery. The delivery team was professional and knowledgeable, and they had realtine tracking so I knew exactly when they'd arrive. Everything throughout the process was smooth and communicated very clearly. Would definitely consider buying from them again!
Damon Watson is our guy at the store. He was very professional and he was able to handle our commercial order for 20 homes.
I had an excellent experience with my sales person. I walked in and left with the fridge that I wanted and so far it is fantastic. Everybody helped me and was not pushy at any time and that’s what I like. Thanks a lot.
