I came in HOT! My washing machine died after only 16 months. Damon greeted me at the door with a smile. He had already picked up on my grief and frustration and offered to help as best he could. Damon listened to my story, my parameters for a washer I would purchase, and offered the best option. He was very knowledgeable (I thoroughly tested him!), and so patient and kind. He had me feeling happy about my purchase, ensuring me I will be very satisfied with the new washer.
Terrible experience! We paid for a brand-new fridge and sofa, and both arrived damaged. For the sofa, they first sent a repair team who did a poor job. Only after I complained again did they finally replace it with a new one — two weeks later. The fridge was even worse. It arrived defective, freezing everything inside and forcing us to throw away all the food we had purchased. My wife and I have been shopping for 3 weeks for a new washer and dryer for our new home.
