I go here EVERY year in support the community business. I NEVER had an issue and have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years!!
These guys don't care whether your taxes are correct or not. I went in looking to make taxes easier. When I finished with them, I spent $2300 more in corrections from mistakes they made! And they didn't just hurt my taxes for one year...They actually screwed up my taxes for previous years by changing previous year's taxes and making amendments. I sent their White Bear Ave. location my taxes and they lost them! They said they would give me a call back, and that was 3 days ago. I am still waiting on a call-back.
ABCs current owners are not that experienced and so the staff. These guys are just doing this as part time (seasonal) business.even persons who does real estate business works on tax preparation for each season..after my wife got the tax returns her sister found errors with calculation and finally she had to call and find an appointment to correct ABCs error. It was delaying and finally we did use a software from SAMS which was way cheaper and gave same tax returns.Not recommended and a waste of money.
