I ordered fabric in the beginning of December. There had been no indication from the website that they didn’t have it in stock. I had multiple emails with the company indicating it would need to be ordered and they’ll ship when they get it. I eventually gave up all hope on getting it. I just got notice now 4 months later that it was shipped/delivered, and because I moved during that time it’s been delivered to another state and it has been lost to me. It was overall very frustrating and troublesome experience.
Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lots to choose from for stitching and needlepoint. Very relaxed in a business suite. Lots of great choices.
The place is amazing. Wonderful selection of threads and fabric.
