Beware of the promises made by this company and their agents if you decide to retain their services. They make promises they can not keep and when you ask for updates they give you the runaround or do not know what their agents are doing. Be careful with this company. I work at a law firm in Wisconsin and recently contacted ABC Process Service to inquire about the cost of serving one document. He quoted me high and I politely told him that I would have to look for a different process server, as his cost was too high. He then became combative and started arguing with me. I have no idea how this place is still in business with customer service like that. Stay away.
