Both drivers, Sierra and Clay, were wonderful with transporting my 91 yr old mother to and from her doctor's appt. Both were pleasant and professional.
Not the service I paid for. They were supposed to be transporting my brother home from the hospital via stretcher chair. All good, until 1 attendant showed up. He was unable to get him into the house by herself and hit absolutely everything possible hitting his swollen feet and the fire department had to be called for lift assist prior to us saying it was unneeded, we could assist moving to the bed. Luckily I have 10 years EMS experience and could arrange everyone as I can't do it myself due to injury. When I called the comp... read more
Driver arrived 15 minutes late with a broken wheelchair that could not transport my mother. Driver was kind and attentive but seemed to get no support from her superiors in solving the problem. Very disappointing experience
