Follow-up on my last review. So the company reached out to me and addressed the issue right away in an impressive fashion. It is nice to see that people take care of issues like this and they take pride in there reputation.
I had a very bad experience at this place. The person in the showroom was on her personal phone and even that she made eye contact with me she kept talking on the phone even after I said good afternoon. I though she was going to hang up her personal call and give me a costumer service but I was wrong. I decided to go to another store. It’s sad to experience this when the place is recommended by your friend.
