I am looking for a good car rental , but after seeing this all reviews , i'm not renting from them
Avoid this company! Unprofessional and illegal practices. They repossessed my rental car and returned some of my personal belongings, but they conveniently withheld only my expensive smart glasses, claiming "they didn't find them." According to NY law, they are obligated to safely inventory and return ALL personal property. This is selective theft by their staff.
