I am writing this review to document a serious customer-service and professionalism issue at this ABC Liquor location. I entered the store to purchase cigars for an upcoming cruise and was assisted by an elderly associate who was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided helpful recommendations, and I ultimately purchased approximately $50 worth of cigars. His service was the only positive aspect of this visit.
