ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is the worst chain liquor store in America! I placed an order the other day on their website and they changed my order to awaiting my pick-up. The next day I got a cancellation notice. I called the store and they said they never had the bottle and weren't sure why I was able to order a bottle online that they never had! Thank God I hadn't made a trip to the store to pick up this non-existent bottle! I am a former premium member with Vault access but for the most part I have stopped shopping there!
The store on corner of Gladiolus and 41 is the one I am writing about. The female manager with dark hair I don't know her name is very rude and seems to be confused regularly, she also has a male employee who is tall with brown hair who is a complete jerk, every time I go in there when these 2 are there they have a attitude problem. Sometimes I will see them standing in the corner of the store BS while the line is long, I don't get it hire decent people it's not that hard.
At Cape Coral store where Taylor Allen is the manager a lady ( I don't know her name ,a young african-american who was working on 05/15/2020 at 18:15 cashier). She was Very rude, refusing Customers and very abrasive. Please don't hire such a person, is very bad for business.
