Absolutely huge selection of drinks of every variety! Particularly the Bourbon section! Plus a good Cigar selection. Prices are all fair, and stick levels are good. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products as well. All in All, a very well run Liquor Store. I just wish you could replicate this service at home in England for me !!
Staff is always friendly and engaging. If they don't know something, they try their best to locate the answer for you. Pretty good selection. Nothing allocated, but still decent enough to give you a variety. I am a member of their points system, and get access to their vault. Wish we could get a decent shot at the very high end whiskies, but still a great program to take part in.
I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my wife and I received at this establishment. My wife, who is 24 years old and visiting from overseas, presented a valid government-issued ID. Despite this, the manager refused to serve us solely because she did not have a state-issued ID. Denying service to a lawful adult based on the form of identification—particularly one issued by a foreign government—raises serious concerns about discriminatory practices toward international visitors. I will be pursuing this matter further.
This has been our store for 5 years. All of our alcohol has been bought here. Today I went to pick up a curbside order, but after at least 5 tries calling, I realized their phones weren't working. I went in to the store to get my order and to tell them their phones seemed to be down. The employee said that their phones have been working all day. I'm not stupid, their phone wasn't connecting. The staff here is generally very friendly. However, Rosie was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure what’s happening with customer service these days, but it’s clear that things need to improve.
