Mike was awesome! He makes Customer Service seem natural and something he has far elevated himself from - he is on a whole nother level. Not to mention, he helped me out as a dasher and showed me how and what to expect when doi g a certain shop process. He was patient, non judgement and just all around awesome.
Not super happy with this place. I've been here a couple of times. Prices are very high, much higher than anywhere else. I can't find half the items I want. And no real section for small bottles, miniatures and nips, they are just everywhere so you can't find what you need. I'm more of a fan of Total wine!!!
