Nice selection, good prices
I am writing to report the worse customer service at approximately 6:30 PM. My father, an Uber Eats courier with a language barrier, was attempting to fulfill an order, and I accompanied him strictly to translate. Clean quiet store. Ordered and paid online. Simple pickup ! Made it so easy for me to make a quick trip!
I had a very disappointing experience. The item had a clearly marked price, but when I went to pay, I was charged a different amount. When I politely pointed this out, I was treated rudely, as if it was my fault. I believe customers should be treated with respect and that displayed prices should be honored. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and I would not return.
I went and picked up boxes.They were so nice. Especially tony, he put the boxes aside for me.
