I had a very unpleasant experience at the Leesburg ABC store today around 5:30 PM. The young male cashier on the left register was extremely unprofessional. He didn’t even ask if I wanted to add rewards points before completing the transaction. When I asked him to add my rewards after the payment, he just said it was “too late” and told me to “do it next time,” without any apology or attempt to help.
