I hope ABC knows they have a rock star representing them in Altamonte Springs! Nolan exemplified thorough knowledge of the spirits and how to best pair them. I had planned on having a sandwich for dinner followed with a dependable Tito’s and soda but after talking with Nolan I found exactly what I wanted- a dinner centered around spirits including savory cheeses, olives, and chocolate . I was helped out by both Nolan and Heather. I inquired about some the availability of some selections and they were able to help me find it, but also provided a suggestion that ended up working out way better! Overall good experience and big props to the crew!
