Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I had a terrible experience at ABC Store. I was charged tax twice for the same item, and when I tried to ask about it, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic customer service skills and started yelling at me just for asking simple questions about my purchase. The manager was no help either—in fact, even worse.
