I shouldnt even have to write this as they didnt lend to me. – But their business practices are questionable to someone not even doing business with them let alone to someone who's thinking about it...This company is ridiculous! Great Company – I have had my car loan through ABC Finance Company now for 3 years and I am almost done paying it off. I have never had any problems with them. Then again, I have always made every payment on time. The few times I have had to go into their office they have always been nice. They are in the business of helping people rebuild bad credit so I was told from the beginning to always make my payments on time. The Worst Company Dealings – These people prey on honest people who want to build their credit. After having some difficulties with ONE payment after paying faithfully on my car for close to two years these guys refused to defer ONE payment - ONE, in order for me to get back on my feet after loosing my job. They refinanced my car at a higher rate, and it was as if I hadn't made even one payment in all that time. They charged me twice for my car. Beware – Everyone is nice and friendly until something goes wrong. owner, Dora Bursey's husband is a ruthless collection attorney. After repossession, car was sold for 20 percent of what I paid for it. They knew I was going through a serious medical emergency and immediately sued me. I now owe more than the original purchase price plus 29 percent interest per month. The collection practices are despicable, dirty, and dishonest. Great Company – I have financed two of my cars through ABC. I don't have the best credit but they have worked with me. The finance rate is a little high but thats my own fault for not keeping my credit up. They have a great staff especially Don. If I ever have a problem and can't pay my bill one time, i just called and tell they when I can and they work with me. Again they are a great company and would recommend this to anyone!

Have worked well with me – This company, Joe especially, has worked very well with me in my time of need and delay of payment. They have also refinced me without any issues. I would recommend this company

This is a predatory lender – Don't get any loans from this company. Our loan contract started at 18%. Now that they have gone into collections for the loan they raised the interest to 29.50%. They refuse to re-finance loans & if they repossess your vehicle they sell it for less than $1000 at the auction houses. Law requires that they are suppose to sell the vehicle no lower than Kelly Blue Book amount that the vehicle is worth.
