Also worst service ever. Was suppose to receive my bag at 11:00am. Called the number and went to voicemail. Warned them of legal action due to meds in my bag. My bag was delivered at 2:00pm and the driver was also very rude. American Airlines needs a new delivery service. This delivery company sucks.
Worst service ever... liars and thiefs... I don't know why American Airlines uses them...
Impossible to reach anyone at this business. They don't answer or return phone calls. All emails are ignored. Emails from them are automated, " do not reply". They had a driver out to deliver my luggage and was expected by 4am. I waited outside for an hour for the delivery, but eventually had to return to work. I have been calling and emailing constant for the last 4 hours and not getting anywhere. Finally received an automated email stating the delivery could not be made at 0742.
