Useless, they say they can work on eBikes but can’t even fix a flat tyre, unless you bought from them. Waste of time.
Very bad and rude service
I wish I had found this bike store sooner. Their products are genuine, high quality, and very competitively priced, often better value than AliExpress or Amazon. Even for small accessories such as phone mounts, brackets, bottle cages, and other attachments, they have a great range in stock and ready to go. I searched for Topeak DXP EXP bags everywhere, they have Topeak Quicktrack Bags series which is not easy to find even online.
Ordered front brakes online delivery and it says it will come in 2 business days and hasn’t even come yet what is this bs
Want to say a massive thanks to Ray for his time and patience when purchasing a bike from this store. He took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. He even went out of his way to help us load the new bike into the car (was a bit tricky due to size but we got there in the end!). It was a smooth an easy experience and would definitely return to this shop for all future bike needs.
