Want to say a massive thanks to Ray for his time and patience when purchasing a bike from this store. He took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. He even went out of his way to help us load the new bike into the car (was a bit tricky due to size but we got there in the end!). It was a smooth an easy experience and would definitely return to this shop for all future bike needs.
I came in looking for help and was met with a terrible attitude from the start. The guy was very arrgoant and made me feel unwelcome, and said things that were outright made me feel bad. I was then told to go somewhere else. No customer should ever be treated this way. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the experience and take your business to a place that actually respects its customers.
The people at ABC Bikes were courteous and their advice regarding a purchase of a Garmin computer was spot on. They managed to find one that was out of stock in Australia and gave a competitive price. Their processes were efficient and shipping was prompt and arrived before the designated expected time. Would recommend for fellow cyclists.
terrible customer service, every time i enter the store all the staff members all seem to have an attitude and wasn’t understanding even when im kind and respectful. Take it from me don’t buy from this store unless you intentionally want to get pissed off.
