I was recommended ABC Bikes by the person I purchased my bike from, who spoke very highly of them and had a personal connection with the business, so I went in expecting a good experience. Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service I bought a mountain bike for my son, and it hasn’t even been a month before the brake started making a strange noise. I brought the bike back to the store, and I was told that the brake pads needed to be replaced for $40. I was completely happy to pay for the replacement, as I simply wanted the issue fixed.
