Rude rude rude. I’ve done business with them for 20 years and I’m about to just be done with them. I’ll move my business and all my accounts elsewhere. Natalia got an attitude and told me I had to sign documents for an account that I didn’t want or ask for. Then accused me of saying I wanted those accounts. She was just upset that I was stopping her from eating her lunch and wanted me out of there as quickly as possible instead of just doing it the right way.
The staff was very friendly. Monica was especially kind and knowledgeable.
