Ok got a nsf yesterday and 2 hours later the refund finally hit my account from ballmart....partially me for trusting customer service and not intially refunding the first time but immediately the 2nd, the other is wrong account to begin and then your lobby hours suck if you work m-f til 5pm and your lobby opens at 10am? Correct? So thank you for rare errors and not being forgiving to customers. Which i could be flawless like banks and the government. To sum it up nsf, got nothing, was better keeping the charge.
Opened up a small business checking account two years ago thinking that going with a smaller local bank would mean better customer care. My business has grown exponentially in that time and I reached out to their loan officer via multiple emails to inquiry about an SB express loan and never got a response. My business debit card is constantly getting put on a freeze due to spending and paying bills (which obviously is necessary to keep a business running).
