Update: company never responded nor fixed the awning. Blind was not block out. Bracket never fixed. Awning eventually got up after third sub contractor booked. Long process and emails went missing. Contractors hadn’t received any info on location of property re safety despite on sight quote and photos sent. Noticed this also on bracket. Did not consider nor did not get any advice regarding the bottom rail being so reflective. Rude customer service

We had some vertical blinds, an outdoor awning and an indoor electric blind all installed by ABC Awnings and Blinds, Gold Coast. We got 3 quotes before we chose to go ahead with them, and they were the most competitively priced. The tradesman did a great job, couldn't fault a thing. Left the place very tidy too. I am quite particular and ABC passed my expectations with flying colours. Skilled and professional. Highly recommend.
This is the worst company we have ever dealt with, they are evasive, unreliable and full of excuses. The problems we had went on for 4 months and still haven't been fully resolved. The is no customer service and the so called 'management' is a appalling, this man is very disrespectful telling lies and rude. We spent just under $10,000 for ill fitting blinds. which we were overcharged for. We would never recommend them to anyone.
