I called to see if they could do my $20 state filings that I had issues with. The lady on the phone was quick, pushy, and just kept saying email us. She didn't want to hear anything about my one state filing. They had me send an email with my cell phone number in it. Then sent a follow up about how they cant help me. This was without seeing any documents or knowing my financial picture. (They didn't ask for any info) Quite frustrating to not even discuss what I needed done.
