My niece bought a dress from Abby's and it came with a faulty zipper, the dress broke when she tried to unzip it. The owner was rude and told us it was not faulty when purchased and that all sales are final. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went to this house location to try on dresses. We found one that would need some seamstress work. She advised we could use a seamstress She knew and even spoke with said seamstress, whom could do this work for $60. After reviewing the shops price and finding the exact dress online for over $250 cheaper, I reached out to see if she would either price match or lower her cost as it's clearly VERY marked up. I absolutely cannot express how wonderful Abby's Bridal was for us at Prom time this year!!! After the April 19th tornado ripped through Shawnee, much of everything looked bleak and I thought for sure that we would not get the tuxedo items that were ordered for my Son's Prom night. Wonderful dress and a great staff. They were very helpful. We didn’t get a dress from them but they helped us narrow down what she really wanted.
