For over 20 years Abby has been teaching Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Qi Gong. She holds a masters degree in Chinese Medicine and is also clinical herbalist. I love Abby's qigong classes and always feel better after taking them. She has so much knowledge about movement & health Plus, she is down-to-earth and warm weaves it all together for a great class.
