My Dad stayed at Abbottswood Lodge for a year and I'm more than happy with the care he received right through to the end. Overall, it's a good home with kind and caring staff with nothing being too much trouble.
We want to say a big big thank you to Tina, Karen and the whole team at Abbottswood Lodge Care Home. They looked after Peter (my step dad) for two years when my mum passed away and they have been brilliant. A very caring and loving team who couldn't have done more to welcome Peter and look after him in what were difficult circumstances especially around Covid 19 pandemic. They have had no cases of Covid 19 to my knowledge and were very strict with rules and procedures. The food was good and Peter was very well looked after. ... read more
