This was the push I needed to finally stop smoking. Today I’m two weeks smoke free and so glad I took a leap of faith in hypnotherapy. You need to believe, be ready and be willing to quit. This isn’t a miracle fix. Update 2.5 years later: still smoke free and don’t dream of ever touching a cigarette again. I’m repulsed by the notion and the smell!

Couldn't get a decent answer to a legitimate question. Arrogant and dismissive.
Couldn’t recommend more! It’s been one week and still early days but I rarely have thought about smoking and when I do the idea leaves my mind a lot quicker and easier then when I’ve tried to quit without hypnosis!
