It’s been 10 years since I was hypnotised to stop smoking. It’s been an amazing journey. Still smoke free.
Couldn't get a decent answer to a legitimate question. Arrogant and dismissive.
Couldn’t recommend more! It’s been one week and still early days but I rarely have thought about smoking and when I do the idea leaves my mind a lot quicker and easier then when I’ve tried to quit without hypnosis!

I saw Kerry for a session to stop binge eating at night. After speaking with me about my habits, he realised I was addicted to sugar and treated me for this with hypnotherapy. This was nearly 2 months ago. Since then I haven't looked back! I went 10 days sugar-free (as suggested by Kerry) and have been on a low-sugar diet ever since. The half-opened pack of biscuits - once irresistible to me - that was in my cupboard when I did the hypnotherapy session is still there untouched! I don't even want them.
