Absolutely standout experience at Abbotts - Anne and Louise were such pleasures to deal with. I needed a smaller height adjustable workspace for my work laptop at home and I made an enquiry about a model listed on the website. Anne was terrific and talked me through the options and made available a floor model that I was especially interested in when I went down to visit the showroom. I visited your showroom on Saturday 21/02/2026 at 11:24am, during your advertised opening hours of 11:00am–2:00pm. Unfortunately, the shop was closed and there was no response to my phone call. It was disappointing to drive 30mins from the north only to find the store unattended. I would appreciate an explanation and confirmation of your correct trading hours going forward.
