I was there 6 months ago and it was the worse place you could ever be. I was taken there for PT after neck surgery and was in a neck brace. I told them I could not sleep in a bed but they transferred me from the EMS bed to their bed where she said you need to lay there til we get your weight. I couldn't tolerate the pain and had to beg and raise my voice at her before she would help me up. I didn't get anything for pain for 10+ hours. Care was excellent, especially PT, discharge was a disaster. Don’t even refer me to some link to report it, you guys better address your process. This needs to be addressed from the top down, it’s embarrassing.

Abbott Creek is a great facility. My experience there was amazing. The staff is wonderful, the facility is nice and clean. I would recommend this facility to everyone who' needs this service

I was transferred to Abbotts Creek, after a long at the hospital. At first, I did not want to go but after being there for a qeek I loved it there. The staff there was awesome, especially the people in physical Therapy. Hey CeCe!! And the nurses and
