If there was a way to give no stars I would. We're going on three months of dealing with this place and it has been a nightmare since week one. Nothing but issues with quality of care, staff, and administration. Dirty bathroom; humid room, rude staff, and poor care. Wish I could say the staff have been good because I believe good staff can make all the difference, but they haven't. My mother went to Abbotts Creek after a hospital stay for rehab, she was there for 23 days , started out okay , had an issue with her food to start with , finally got that straighten out a few days before being released . She was not getting her breathing treatments like she should and did end up getting pneumonia while she was there , I did call and complain about her not getting them consistently, and one night they left the mask on her all night , she was not getting her lasiks (?) like she should , suppose to have them b... read more

I was there 6 months ago and it was the worse place you could ever be. I was taken there for PT after neck surgery and was in a neck brace. I told them I could not sleep in a bed but they transferred me from the EMS bed to their bed where she said you need to lay there til we get your weight. I couldn't tolerate the pain and had to beg and raise my voice at her before she would help me up. I didn't get anything for pain for 10+ hours. I asked for a recliner to sleep in and was told they didn't have one and to just sit in the... read more
