Not a bad place. Trying to get in is tight. Check in at the guardshack. Make sure to have your ID and trailer license plate number. Go back and park by the yellow signs and walk in to the shipping office. The shipping yard is tight especially with the construction going on around the building. Make sure you get the right product because they loaded me with the wrong stuff. All staff here are friendly. They will take you early. Not sure on overnight parking if they would let you in the gate or not.
3 stars bcs I hate delivering downtown. Thank god I read previous reviews so I tried to arrive bfr crazy morning traffic. Got here at 7 for 8am appt and they took me in. Coming here I followed my Rand McNally and was swinging wide for my 3 turns it took to get here from the highway and I was fine. U hv to show ID at check-in guard shack. I got dock 11 which was easy coz u can pull up into drive way path space …12 would hv been hell a little. Nice place to get load. Got here at 9am for a 2pm appointment. Got a dock right away and loaded at 11am. But it a Saturday must be why. No traffic
08:40 arrival for 10am appt. Immediately got an door at 0900 , sat 1hr30min till they started loading me. Left the lot at 11:45. This could have been an in & out but i feel like the staff is too cool, laid back & nonchalant, they dont care about your time. Just be prepared to sit for a couple hours.
Getting there the streets are pretty narrow, Arrive at appt time check in at guard shack , live load took about 3-4 hours. Staff friendly. No spare trailer
