Terrible service. Wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone to tow my 17 year olds car because the cars in her name. Even though I'm the one paying for it. Lost any business here.
All I can say is best service. One of the most unique interactions I've had in terms of car issues but the best for real. I was super discouraged when I had trouble getting my car towed and getting a new key printed at Toyota and not knowing what to do. Thankfully Chris talked with me through everything I had do when it came to getting new keys programmed and cut. He was so knowledgeable and humble. The guy who came and towed my rental ( a Cadillac from Ocean Villa Inn) tonight was the same person who came to help me the evening before. The guy deserves a raise. He was amazing. Super helpful, and very nice. I've never had such a wonderful experience with any towing company, but this guy who came to help was great. It was going to be really hard to get the vehicle on the truck and he was actually the second guy to come out cause the first guy wasn't able to do the tow. He got it done no problem.
