Todd Hammonds was my CPA 2010 until his death 2024. My case was sold (without my awareness) to AJK Jan 2025. Andy Freeman appeared cordial. I was quickly routed to Brad Williamson, CPA Feb 2025. Very professional. Very polite. Great communication when needed.
Not good with communication. It’s always a we are working on it reply if you even get that. Really bad responding to emails. Too many temporary employees. Too many bad things to say so we will leave it at that.
The service was excellent. I got my taxes back within a week.
I dropped my taxes off 6 months ago to submit a correction to my taxes and they won't even respond to emails at this point. Originally just kept saying that they were working on deadlines and haven't gotten to it. Repeated emails for the last 2 plus months go unanswered. Not very professional. Would not recommend.
