My uncle who has dementia recently came to this home for 2 weeks of respite care. We were extremely impressed with the standard of care at Abbotsbury. All staff were patient, commited, and showed a great deal of empathy and understanding. The staff here also respected my uncle's privacy and dignity when it came to personal care and so on. The manager, Stefanie, went above and beyond to re-assure us and also made sure we could communicate with my uncle when we wanted to as he has anxiety issues. He loved his stay here.
