My mom was sent here after a stay in the hospital. I fought for her to go somewhere else to come home to Ohio she wanted to be in Florida! Her roommate stole her stuff, she died while in this facilities care. The facility have no explanation of what happened. I called no one knows. I know people die she was scheduled to go home Wednesday she passed away on Friday. Review of Vivo Rehab/Nursing Home My mother stayed at Vivo Rehab, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall. While the therapy team was one of the few bright spots — professional and supportive — the rest of the care left a lot to be desired. The facility was not clean, which raised serious concerns for me and my family. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially in a place caring for vulnerable individuals. This facility is a death trap. My daughter caught pneumonia and sepsis from here and they wouldn't let her go to the hospital. SHE DIED! Don't take your loved ones here
HORRIBLE PLACE! IT IS A HELL HOLE. MY SISTER.... GOT SEPSIS AND PNEUMONIA FROM HERE AND THEY WOULD NOT CALL A AMBULANCE TO GET HER HELP. SHE DIED!
