Initially when my parents moved in 2021 the rooms and nursing staff were wonderful. Service declined and exceptional staff left. Shortly after my father passed away were we able to move my mother to a provincial LTC. During the move out we discovered an infestation of cockroaches and my mother’s wedding rings were missing. Management also did not return a $50 security deposit for a pass card which I returned. I would not recommend.
David, Alysha and the team are wonderful at Abbeylawn Manor. We were looking to move my mom to the residence from a hospital. The Abbeylawn team were there for our family through the entire process. They always had time for us and answered all of our questions. They did everything possible to make the transition as comfortable and smooth as possible.
