Excellent care home - caring staff. Respect people and give them dignity particularly at different stages of dementia. Good friendly atmosphere especially in the lounge.
Lovely home for the elderly, I've been in here a couple of times and the residence are always looking clean and well feed, a few noises from the restless ones but it's okay

Westfield House provides a caring environment for its residents, which have included both my parents. The staff work hard to see that residents are kept involved in activities, the food is excellent, and I have been encouraged to take part in care reviews on a regular basis. I strongly recommend it.
A dementia care specialist with hearts of gold. The Abbeyfield on Loughborough's Westfield Drive has been home to our Mum for the past 18 months, and they have been exemplary in their treatment of her. Their communication is frequent, and they have kept the family well informed as to any developments in her changing care needs as the dementia progresses. Very highly recommended.
