A very big thank you to all of the team from Abberfield for restoring our parents health. Yes, both mum and dad are at Abberfield. All of the staff - PCA's, laundry staff, cleaners, kitchen staff, nurses, doctors and admin have persisted and keep persisting in making our parents health, welfare and dignity their top priority.

We started dealing with Ray at Abberfield Nov 2024, unfortunately after caring for mum at home, we could no longer maintain the level of care she needed. Ray was excellent, he always responded to our enquiries, provided great information on navigating the Aged Care system which can be very confusing. Ray has always maintained communication and Abberfield has always responded to any questions we have raised. Thanks Ray! for making such an emotional time easier.

The place is absolutely phenomenal. Even though I work mostly overseas, it brings me great comfort that my loved one is taken care of here, especially by people such as Ray who has been of the upmost help (particularly in terms of communication which is a problem for me being overseas). Extra effort was put in to find the perfect fit as I would not be able to intervene personally, but I honestly couldn't find a better match in the wider area.
