Mr. Abbarno is excellent, very professional and truly cares for his clients and families. The secretary however is very rude, unprofessional, lacks any form of sympathy. She hangs up on me and my fiancee every phone call and when she speaks, she's very rude. I called her back after she hung up on me and told her she was very unprofessional and rude and she replied " i thought we were done talking" and i said no but we are now.
