We used Abba recently to move a robotics team around Houston for the world championship. Alyssa was extremely helpful during the booking process. Jamal was our driver and he is a GEM! Both went out of their way to handle any issues to make our transportation seamless. Competitive pricing, great customer service. We will definitely use Abba again the next time we're in Houston!
I coordinated a trip with ABBA Corporate Transportation for a State Competition in San Marcos earlier in March. Our bus was big, comfortable, and able to store all of our luggage. I especially want to compliment Mark, our personal bus driver, who drove us to San Marcos and back to The Woodlands. He was kind, patient, efficient, accommodating, and seemingly a superior human being. If I choose to bring my students to competition next year, I will personally request ABBA Corporate and personally request Mark as our driver.
We got a Mercedes Sprinter van that could comfortably hold 3 families with ABBA and had an overall great experience. They communicated quickly over email, they were promptly at the airport once we cleared customs and got our baggage, and they safely got us back home to Austin. Malak was professional and responsive to all of our needs while driving back home. We will definitely use ABBA again for future shuttles.
2025: My third review in four years, and still nothing but amazing things to say about ABBA. I know the ground transport industry is full of pitfalls and quite a few bad actors...you won't find either of those here. Abba really made my prom night! Another rental fell through so I called these guys 2 days before the night and they pulled through with an amazing price! On the night of, our driver Lisa was really amazing and accommodating, one of the nicest drivers I've ever had. The ride itself was smooth and the limos are extremely fancy with super comfortable seats and included refreshments.
